Real results
Actual FlatStack pickup: same garage, before and after we break down and stack your cardboard.

Book once, make cardboard accessible, and we handle the messy part.
No flattening, no stuffing your recycling bin, no dragging loads to the curb. Just book a pickup, make the materials accessible, and we'll break everything down and haul it away.
Choose a one-time pickup or a recurring plan, pick an available window, and tell us where the materials will be. Every booking includes a self-service link so you can reschedule later without having to email back and forth.
You do not need to break down your boxes first. Just leave your cardboard reasonably staged in the agreed spot, like a garage entrance, driveway edge, porch, or other disclosed pickup area. If you're adding e-waste, include that in the same accessible location.
Your driver breaks down the cardboard on-site, hauls everything away, and documents the visit. If the actual volume, access conditions, or e-waste weight differ from what was expected, any needed adjustment is automatically reflected in your final receipt.
Local pickup, real service
FlatStack is built for busy homes that want a simple, professional cardboard pickup without making a trip, flattening every box, or figuring out where the overflow should go.
Simple, flat pricing for cardboard breakdown & haul-away.
Most homes start with a one-time pickup, while dense neighborhoods and frequent online orders benefit from recurring plans. All plans include on-site breakdown of your cardboard and clear pricing shown before you confirm.

If a recurring pickup can’t happen, it simply rolls forward to the next scheduled visit. You’re not billed for a missed stop.
If overflow, access handling, or e-waste weight adjustments apply, they’re documented and reflected automatically in your receipt.
We document completed visits with photos so you can see that the pickup was completed and materials were cleared out properly.

The things people usually ask us.
FlatStack keeps cardboard cleanup simple: book online, leave the pile accessible, and your driver handles the rest.
Nope. That’s the whole point of FlatStack. Just place your boxes in the agreed pickup location — driveway edge, garage entrance, porch, or similar accessible spot.
Your driver handles the breakdown and haul-away on-site.
Most homes fit comfortably within a standard pickup without any overflow charge.
If you’re on a subscription, the goal is to keep your cardboard down to zero at each visit. If your household consistently produces unusually high volume, we may recommend a different pickup cadence or apply overflow when needed — but for a normal home box stream, you’re covered.
That’s usually not a problem. If the pile is clearly beyond the normal service amount, your driver may apply an overflow adjustment so everything can still be cleared in one visit.
If you’re home, they can explain it on the spot. If not, any adjustment will be documented on your receipt.
No problem. Subscription pickups that can’t be completed simply roll forward to the next scheduled visit.
You’re not billed for a missed subscription stop.
Subscriptions keep you on the route automatically, so you don’t have to remember to book every time.
They also give you more flexibility. Missed visits simply roll forward, and active subscriptions can add e-waste without minimum weight requirements.
Not exactly. Subscriptions follow a roughly 14-day or 30-day rhythm, but each pickup can be moved within the available scheduling options shown in your reschedule link.
Most customers end up with several nearby date options, so it’s easy to shift a visit a little earlier or later when needed.
Yes. Every booking includes a self-service reschedule link.
As long as you’re outside the 24-hour window before pickup, you can move the visit to any available future date and time window.
No. One-time pickups are charged when booked, and subscription visits are billed after service is completed.
If e-waste weight or overflow adjustments apply, they’re automatically reflected in your receipt after the visit.
Yes. We offer e-waste pickup for accepted items like TVs, monitors, computer towers, cables, and small appliances.
You’ll enter an estimated weight during booking, and the final charge is based on the actual scale weight recorded during pickup.
