These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FlatStack Pickup LLC's website and services. By booking a pickup or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services

FlatStack Pickup provides cardboard breakdown and haul-away services within designated service areas. Where available, optional e-waste pickup may also be offered and is priced by weight at pickup.

Each service includes the normal volume associated with the booked plan or service type. When the volume of materials clearly exceeds what is included, an overflow adjustment may apply as described in our Service Rules & Restrictions.

When materials are located inside buildings, upstairs units, or other locations requiring additional handling, an access-based adjustment may apply as described during booking and in our service rules.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone service where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the scope of our services.

Scheduling & rescheduling

When you book a pickup, you select an available date and service window. For routing efficiency, we may adjust timing within the scheduled window and will notify you by SMS or email when possible.

You may reschedule within the options shown in our booking or reschedule tools and within the limits described in our Cancellation Policy.

Payments

We use third-party providers such as Stripe to process payments. You agree to pay all charges presented during booking and authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

One-time pickups (including one-time cardboard pickups and e-waste-only bookings) are charged at the time of booking and are subject to the terms described in our Refund Policy.

Subscription pickups are billed after service is completed. To confirm payment capability, we may place a temporary pre-authorization on your payment method prior to a scheduled pickup. If payment fails, service may be paused until payment information is updated.

E-waste charges are based on the pricing shown during booking and the actual scale weight recorded at pickup. Any estimate entered during booking is used for quoting and authorization purposes only.

Additional adjustments may apply where clearly required by pickup conditions, such as overflow volume or access-related handling. These adjustments are documented in the service record or receipt.

SMS notifications

During booking, SMS notifications may be enabled by default for service-related communications such as confirmations, reminders, receipts, and reschedule links.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. If SMS is disabled, we may continue service communications by email where available.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and service information.
• Ensure materials are safely staged and accessible according to our Service Rules & Restrictions.
• Notify us promptly if you need to change or reschedule a pickup.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlatStack Pickup disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
