SMS and phone communications

During booking, customers may opt in to receive service-related text messages. SMS notifications are enabled by default in our checkout flow, but customers may opt out at any time.

If you are opted in, we may send service-related SMS messages such as confirmations, reminders, receipts, reschedule links, and other account or pickup updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

If you opt out of SMS, we will use email as the backup method for service communications where email is available. If you later want to resume SMS notifications, you may reply START.

We do not use SMS for promotional or marketing text campaigns.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, messaging providers, mapping or routing tools, and customer communication platforms.
